Grafcor, Incorporated, a division of Innomark Communications, will receive a $24,000 economic development income tax (EDIT) grant from the Economic Development Corporation (EDC) of Wayne County.

Silgan White Cap in Richmond, will receive a $16,128 Economic Development Income Tax (EDIT) Grant from the Economic Development Corporation (EDC) of Wayne County to purchase equipment that will upgrade one of their composite cap production lines.

With a capital investment of $3.8 million, Primex Plastics Corporation will expand their accounting department, purchase new equipment, and upgrade existing machinery in their Richmond facility, which is also the company headquarters.

Perpetual Recycling Solutions, LLC announced they will site their new facility in Richmond, Indiana creating 55 new jobs by 2012 with an annual payroll of $2 million.  

B & F Plastics, Incorporated, a company that manufactures numerous products from thermoplastic and recycled rubber will receive a $200,000 economic development income tax (EDIT) grant from the Economic Development Corporation of Wayne County (EDCWC). 

With the purchase of new equipment Transilwrap Company, Incorporated, located in Richmond, Indiana will expand their product line and add 10 new jobs over the next year making a $2.5 million investment.

The EDC of Wayne County will provide EDIT funds to a Richmond company which will lead to new jobs and investment for Wayne County.

The town of Milton has received permission to begin construction on a $5 million wastewater collection system. 

Hagerstown Plastics, located in Richmond, Indiana, will expand into the former Bev’s Threads building located at 621 S. J Street.
